Inclusion criteria: Enrolled as a student of human medicine at the University Medical Center Göttingen

Exclusion criteria: - Drug and medication abuse - Serious medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure or known heart disease - Pregnancy - Advanced meditation practice - Professional athletes - Participation in another study 4 weeks ago
