Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Mild Cognitive Impairment or a mild dementia 5 m walking ability with/without walker normal blood pressure physically able to perform an exercise program (medical history questionnaire)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Contraindicators (serious cardiovascular diseases such as cardiac arrhythmias, pulmonary diseases, untreated higher-grade hypertension, normotensive blood pressure, renal insufficiency, etc.). from dementia stage 2 Failure to complete the pre-examination
