Group 1: This is a prospective longitudinal study. Within the framework of the study, 60 patients with interstitial lung disease and 60 patients who have undergone lung transplantation for interstitia

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Interstitial lung disease or previous lung transplantation for interstitial lung disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: minors, persons incapable of giving consent, acute inflammation, acute infections, acute other illnesses

Study objectives: 1. To compare the 5-item questionnaire with other clinical indicators of disease severity at baseline using: - Pulmonary function - 6-minute walk test - Radiology - Clinical assessment by the treating physician 2. Comparison of changes in the categories of the 5-item questionnaire at 1st follow-up with: - Change in lung function - Change in 6-minute walk test - Change in radiology - Change in clinical assessment by attending physician - Interim clinical events: Hospitalisations, acute exacerbations 3. To assess the practicality of the test, the rate of incomplete or unusable completed questionnaires is recorded	—
