Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients (or, in the pediatric emergency care unit, the legal guardian), healthcare workers and decision makers aged 18 years or older (2) Visiting or working at one of the study settings (oncology ambulatory setting, dialysis unit, emergency room or paediatric emergency care) at the time of the study (3) Ability to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients (or, in the pediatric emergency care unit, the legal guardian), healthcare workers and decision makers aged under 18 years (2) Not able to give informed consent

MeasureTime frame
1) To assess acceptability and perceived feasibility of POC PCR among stakeholders for diagnostics of respiratory infections in an ambulatory oncology unit, an ambulatory dialysis unit, an emergency department and a pediatric emergency care unit by identifying potential users, needed skills and training as well as assessing readiness to change and requirements for scale up.

1) To perform a hypothetical trial of POC PCR testing for respiratory infections to model potential impact at scale based on results obtained from the primary endpoints and potential benefits of early treatment in a German dialysis unit.
