Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - ICD-10 F17.2 (Mental and behavioural disorders due to use of tobacco: dependence syndrome) diagnosed by a medical practitioner - Openness to stop smoking - Age = 18 years - Digital device to use the application - Place of residence: Federal Republic of Germany - Valid personal E-Mail address
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Additional abuse of alcohol, medications or illegal drugs - Acute symptomatic psychiatric diseases - Acute symptomatic neurological diseases - Severe cognitive limitations - Dementia - Visual impairment which prevents the correct utilization of the application - Limited ability to understand German - Current participation in another, non-digital programme to support smoking abstinence - Utilization of another digital application to support smoking abstinence
