Group 1: - Detection of SARS-CoV-2 IgG antibodies (ELISA) not longer than 14 days previous to the 4 th vaccination + medical history + examination + echocardiography - detection of SARS-CoV-2 specific

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - 4 th SARS CoV 2 vaccination is already dated - known heart failure or Framingham risk score (2008) > 15 %

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - pregnancy or nursing - ESA treatment or intravenous iron application or application of red blood cell concentrate in the last 60 days before the vaccination - current chemotherapy or radiatio
