Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with obstructive sleep apnea who have decided to undergo HGNS implantation and their bed partners. - Consent to study participation from patient and bed partner. - Patient and bed partner must sleep in the same room for the majority of the nights, i.e., = 75% - Age (patient and bed partner): = 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - No informed consent - Patient and bed partner sleep in the same room less than 75% of nights - Age (patient and bed partner): < 18 years

Change in responses in questionnaires (ESS and FOSQ or Mainzer questionnaire) before and while using HGNS therapy in patients and bed partners.
