Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with smartphone and internet access who are able to use it. Patients who had their first appointment at bariatric counseling and want to get bariatric surgery. Patients older than 18. written informed consent. BMI above 40 or above 35 with illness associated to obesity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with language barrier or impaired mental state. Patients who have no capability for consent.

Quality of life, weight loss before surgery, number of appointments where a patient showed up, completion of multidisciplinary team approach, parameters of body impedance analysis, comorbidities, barriers to not completing multidisciplinary team approach, medical staff workload
