Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age between 18-35 male, female no known metabolic disease no intake of medication no chronic illness normal weight no mental/verbal limitations no ketogenic diet no intake of coconut oil signature of information sheet

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy/lactation paticipation on other studies intake of medication heavy underlying diseases mental diseases metabolic diseases, chronic diseases adipositas blood donation in the last 3 months gastrointestinal diseases intolerance of lactose-free milk allergies agains Gummi Arabicum veganism
