Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Men and women 18 years and older. - Postal address in Germany. - Possession of a smartphone with NFC and Bluetooth. - Sufficient knowledge of German or English to read and understand the instructions. - Capability and willingness to give informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Pregnant and breastfeeding women. - Dialysis patients, persons taking chronic immunosuppressive drugs, persons with skin diseases, including contact dermatitis, and critically ill patients. - Taking antibiotics in the three months prior to study enrollment. - Chronically active inflammatory or neoplastic disease in the three years prior to study enrollment. - Chronic gastrointestinal disease, including inflammatory bowel disease and celiac disease. - Active neuropsychiatric disorder.
