Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study group: Indication for usage of intra arterial blood pressure is out-of-hospital intubation or refractive hypotension (estimated one time catecholamine administration without effect or intial volume administration estimated higher than 1000 ml) Control group: Indication for usage of intra arterial blood pressure is out-of-hospital intubation or refractive hypotension (estimated one time catecholamine administration without effect or intial volume administration estimated higher than 1000 ml). Patients brought to the hospital with an emergency physician and administration in context of an anaesthesiology protocol including interventional areas such as e.g. OR, ICU. Also patients with indication according to study group without intervention.

Exclusion criteria: < 18 years

Out-of-hospital catecholamine administered, out-of-hospital volume administered, detection of hypotension out-of-hospital, BGA, pH, Lac, BE, hemodialysis, CPC, brain edema, stroke, cardiac events in 72h after administration (TropT, NT-proBNP, TropI, arrhythmia, acute heart failure), renal parameters in 72h after administration (serum creatinine, serum urea, BGA, pH, potassium, BE, Cystatine C, eGFR using CDK-EPI), urine volume in 72h after administration
