Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Complete permanent dentition (without aplasies), healthy pardont, probing depth of blow 3 mm, good oral hygiene of gingival and plaque index below or equal to 1, skeletal class I or II malocclusion, mild crowding in the anterior segment of the teeth.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: systematic diseases, use of medications, attachment loss, prothetic restorations in a form of crowns, bridges or partial prosthetics, untreated caries, smoking, pregnancy or breast feeding, history of trauma, CMD, bruxism or parafunction, previous orthodontic treatment, chemotherapy or radiation in the past 6 months, skeletal class III malocclusions, severe crowding, extraction treatment, lack of compliance
