Interventions

Group 1: One-time blood collection from all test persons. Blood sample is tested with 2 test substances: Vaccine with thiomersal and vaccine without thiomersal.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Currently healthy subject (according to medical history no acute illness, no chronic illness with influence on the immune system). - Suitable vein conditions for blood collection - Tetanus vaccination in the last 10 years (state last tetanus vaccination)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Vaccination with StroVac - Autoimmune disease - Immunosuppression - Current use of medicines other than anticonceptives

Primary

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondarily, it will be investigated whether thiomersal in StroVac has toxic or efficiency-enhancing effects on the lymphocytic immune response in vitro in the LTT.
