Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for attendees of the intervention - voluntary participation in the study independent of the assignment to the investigation group - cognitive (MMSt=20) and physical ability to participate in group activities - competence to follow a group conversation and exercise instructions as well as the capability to articulate oneself - not affected by severe depression Inclusion criteria for attendees of the focus group - significant participation in the execution and the organisation of the interventions - residents: participation in the intervention - cognitive and physical ability to engage in group discussions Inclusion criteria for attendees of the one-on-one interviews - being a caregiver in one of the selected care facilities - significant participation in the execution and the organisation of the interventions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: exclusion criteria for attendees of the intervention - not giving one's consent for participation in the study (regardless the assignment of the investigation group) - lacking or limited cognitive (MMST <20) as well as physical ability to take part in group activities - lacking or limited ability to follow group discussions, exercise instructions or articulate oneself - affected by severe depression exclusion criteria for attendees of the focus group - insignificant or missing participation in the execution and the organisation of the interventions - for residents: no participation in the intervention - lacking or limited cognitive and physical ability to engage in group discussions exclusion criteria for attendees of the one-on-one interviews - caregivers who work in non-participating facilities - insignificant or missing participation in the execution and the organisation of the interventions
