| Seroprevalence and -incidence of SARS-CoV-2 antibodies in Health Care Workers in the Munich population | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |

| Baseline visit: - Determining the baseline immune status of people who are receiving Covid-19-vaccines in Munich and the prevalence of individuals (silently and symptomatic) infected before vaccination. Follow-up visits: - Describe and compare the dynamics of antibody titers of vaccinated individuals over time and in relation to the vaccine they received or preexisting immunity. - Determine the relative risk of post-immunization infection with COVID-19 (variants) in relation to the antibody titer at the time of infection. In the case of post-immunization infections, the affected individuals should be recruited by other studies which analyse breakthrough infections more specifically. - Collect through a short, structured questionnaire data on COVID-infection-19 status, vaccine status, factors that may influence immune response (e.g. immune suppression) and basic demographic data that allow a matching of population demographics with data of the KoCo19 study. | — |
