Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Fulfilled inclusion criteria for familial cancer risk according to the DKG checklist for the detection of a possible hereditary predisposition to breast and/or ovarian cancer. - = 18 years to 80 years - written informed consent - Access to a PC/tablet/smartphone with internet access

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - insufficient knowledge of German - serious psychiatric illness - Patients who are not treated in a practice/centre participating in the study
