Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of idiopathic Parkinson's disease, Implantation of deep brain stimulation with directional sensing electrodes in the subthalamic nucleus at least three months prior, Written informed consent for study participation, Complete preoperative imaging.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Concomitant diseases that may interfere with the focus of the study (especially severe underlying diseases, severe neurological or psychiatric concomitant diseases), lack of written consent to participate in the study
