| The aim of the study is to investigate how often the constellation of NSP occurs in patients in a specialised lung clinic and to correlate this with diagnoses or inhalatives already used. The evaluation and data collection will be carried out retrospectively from the archived lung functions of the lung clinic in Lenglern. | — |

| NSP occurs regularly. The proportion among larger study collectives is 5-10%. The exact size of the planned study population has yet to be identified. The findings of the lung function data are recorded with classification into established categories such as obstruction, restriction, hyperinflation. The constellation is correlated with the diagnoses with a focus on cardiopulmonary diseases. A comparison will be made with existing findings from imaging with regard to e.g. lung parenchymal changes, lung oedema or pleural effusions. | — |
