Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Walk-in patients, triage categories green or blue (Manchester Triage System) or level 4 or 5 (Emergency Severity Index)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Private health insurance, non EU health insurance, hospitalisation, limited/absent ability to give informed consent, insufficient understanding of the German language, homeless
