Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Indication for ASV therapy with AHI>15/h at best CPAP pressure 2. Central apnea/ hypopnea due to TECSA 3. Written informed consent to participate in the study, including a data protection statement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Indication for NIV or o2 therapy 2. Presence of primary or exclusively central sleep apnea 3. Lack of written informed consent to participate in the study, including a data protection statement. 4. Presence of a contraindication to ASV therapy 5. Participation in another study influencing initiation of PAP therapy regarding device settings or tiration
