Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -histologically confirmed HNSCC -surgically resection including neck dissection is planed -minimum age of 18 -legally competent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - younger than 18 years old - hypersensitivity to contrastagent SonoVue - right-to-left cardiac shunt - progressed plumonary hypertension - uncontrolled arterial hypertension - acute respiratory distress syndrome - period of pregnancy and lactation
