Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: C-diagnosis, time since initial diagnosis > 4 and < 12 weeks, inpatient or outpatient of University Hospital Cologne

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lacking German language skills, severe psychological impairment
