Inclusion criteria: Therapists/Nursing staff: - Employees - Willingness to participate Residents of nursing homes: - Willingness to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nursing home residents: - Inability to stand freely - Mini Mental Status test score less than 10 - Time Up and Go less than 20 seconds - Depression - Falling within the last four weeks

The primary objective includes the acceptance and feasibility of the KNIMS therapy algorithm in a nursing home setting among the therapists/nursing staff and residents.

MeasureTime frame
Investigations of the reproducibility of the results and the effectiveness of the training intervention, respectively.
