Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Molar incisor hypomineralization diagnosed by a dentist - Informed consent of the participant documented by a signed written consent form - In addition, in the case of minors: informed consent of the participant`s legal guardians (parents/legal representatives) documented by a signed written consent form - Patient is in good general health - Patient and/or parents are able to adequately perform oral hygiene at home.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - A signed written consent form of the participant is not availaible - A signed written consent form of the participant`s legal guardians (parents/legal representatives) is not availaible - Patient has a severe general illness and/or rare disease - Patient and/or parents are unable to adequately perform oral hygiene at home. - Patient is younger than 7 years old

| Cross-sectional examination of patients with a diagnosis of molar incisor hypomineralization with the aim to assess the following parameters: Oral health-related parameters regarding caries experience, gingival health, tooth hypersensitivities, clinical quality of restorations on affected MIH teeth, the qualitative and quantitative saliva analysis, the analysis of oral microbiome, parameters of oral health-related quality of life. Examination and comparison with the oral microbiome of a healthy cohort. | — |
