Interventions
Group 1: If stenosis of the iliac-legal stromal pathway is clinically suspected, CT imaging with contrast is performed. Patients in the prospective arm will be studied with delayed KM administration.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinical suspicion of stenosis of the iliac-legal stromal pathway
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Contraindication to undergoing a computed tomography scan - Refusal to participate in the study - Age-adjusted normal serum creatinine or creatinine clearance > 30 ml / min / 1.73 m2 as a contraindication for safe contrast administration
