Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Arm 1: Patients and employees of psychiatric/psychotherapeutic and neurological clinics or outpatient departments, interest in dealing with questions about OpenNotes, ability to use a smartphone. Arm 2: Participants in the online survey are employees of all psychiatric clinics, psychiatric departments in general hospitals and outpatient staff (neurologists, psychiatrists, psychiatrists (neurologists, psychiatrists and psychotherapists) of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians throughout Germany.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Arm 1: Exclusion criteria for participation in the pilot are acute and immediate risk to self or others, acute disorientation and a foreground dependency disorder. Arm 2: No exclusion criteria.
