Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Voluntary participation, informed consent -Participants are legally responsible and understand details and consequences of the examination and intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Medication or drug use with significant impact on physical or cognitive performance -Acute or chronic illnesses which lead to significant limitations in life quality or physical and psychological performance (cardiopulmonary or renal dysfunction, neurologic or psychiatric diseases treated with medication, physical or psychological degenerative diseases)

Capillary blood sampling for blood gas parameters pO2, pCO2 and respiratory gas analysis for parameters CO2 and O2 concentration; comparison of difference before to after intervention between condition with FFP2 mask and control condition.
