Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Arm 1 (trial group): Written informed consent, SARS-CoV-2 positive between March 2020 and May 2021, SARS-CoV-2 detected by PCR test, employee of Kliniken der Stadt Köln or working there via subcontractors, persistent fatigue Arm 2 (control group): Written consent, no known SARS-CoV-2 infection at the time of recruitment, employee of Kliniken der Stadt Köln gGmbH or working there via subcontractors, employee feels physically healthy and does not name any serious previous illnesses

Applicability of the diagnostic criteria of ME/CFS disease to hospital workers within July and December 2022 after SARS-CoV-2 infection between March 2020 and May 2021 with persistent fatigue
