Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18+ years old Smartphone Android 5.1+ or iPhone Ability to use a smartphone German-speaking Patient willing to participate (informed consent) Diagnosis of epilepsy (ICD10 G40) Active epilepsy: At least 1 seizure in last 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of psychosis, suicidal ideation or suicide attempt Used Helpilepsy or similar app for at least 1 month during past 12 months
