Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -unremarkable general medical history -Age between 18 and 65 years -healthy according to the investigator's assessment -In females: at least one method of contraception accepted by conventional medicine -naturally healthy or rehabilitated dentition -Written informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -For women: Pregnancy -For women: Breastfeeding -Rejection of written consent -Allergies to the materials used in the examination (especially plastic components) -Non-sanitized dentition or pending dental treatment other than emergency treatment -Intake of medications/drugs/foodstuffs that impair the detection of the test substances -Intake of antibiotics within the last 2 months.
