Inclusion criteria: all patients at the university heart center with a mechanical circulatory support device
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - explicit refusal of data analysis through the patient or authorised representative - patients with a severe psychiatrc disease, making a serious data aquisition impossible
