Group 1: Patients with epilepsy from the epilepsy outpatient clinics at the Charite who have been seizure-free for 2 years are interviewed with various questionnaires.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: We will include: - Patients with confirmed epilepsy - Age = 18 years - Seizure freedom for 2 years prior to enrollment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: We will exclude: - Patients who are not able to consent - Patients without sufficient knowledge of German

| We will ask all patients of the epilepsy outpatient clinic at the Charite who have been seizure-free for 2 years from October 1, 2022 to October 1, 2023 to if they want to participate in our study. We will ask for reasons whether antiseizure medication would like to be withdrawn. In addition, we ask about general quality of life, depression, personality type, and anxiety. | — |
