Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Maximum time needed per class after implementation of testing strategy, i.e. during weeks 7 to 10. This measures the additional burden on both teachers and students, after resolving typical problems of implementing a new procedure, and will be estimated with its 95% CI. Time needed for each class will be manually documented by study staff locally using a questionnaire, immediately after completing each of the test runs. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Feasibility of testing strategy (operationalized through cost for personnel, equipment (devices), test kits and single-use equipment, average rate of 5-test-pools needed to be resolved). Average number of positive tests per week. Average number of invalid tests per test run. Age-specific diagnostic validity of antigen rapid tests. | — |
