Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Diagnosis of one or more tumor diseases (in tumor predisposition or sporadic) - Treatment in the University Hospital Augsburg or in one of the partner hospitals - Availability of sufficient tumor material (paraffin material and/or fresh tissue) so that, according to the pathologist in charge, sufficient tumor material is still available for any future diagnostic tests - Written consent from the patient to participate in the study

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Elucidation of the tumor evolution of tumors in the context of tumor predisposition and in comparison to sporadic tumors.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
(1) Description on the therapeutic response to (molecular) therapies as a function of tumor evolution. (2) Identification of genetic changes favoring metastasis. (3) Development of a system for predicting treatment response. (4) Development of a clinical course prediction system.
