Interventions

Group 1: Patients with dementia or delirium will be interviewed via phone exactly 1 year after discharge from acute geriatric care (or by proxy with relatives) about primary and secondary outcomes.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Included patients underwent clinical treatment at LVR clinic cologne between 01.06.2021 and 01.07.2022. Moreover they participated in the project: Dementia and delirium in a geriatric psychiatry ward: clinical characterization & evaluation of movement-related behavior (DRKS-no.: 00025439).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no Dementia or Delirium Immobility

Patients or their relatives will be interviewed About their current life situation via phone 1 year after discharge from acute geriatric care. Primary Outcome will be the mortality (patient death yes/no - if yes: date of decease) assessed via structured phone interview exactly 1 year after discharge.	—
