Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age > 18 years chronic back pain > 12 weeks with degenerative spinal disease or non-specific cause sufficient knowledge of German language written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Trauma, infection, tumor, spine surgery pregnancy, lactation

Evaluation of the Oswestry questionnaire on the current pain-related impairment directly after the two-week intervention phase.

Measurement of the postural systems condition via posturography directly after the two-week intervention phase.
