Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with split-thickness skin graft (donor site thigh)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Allergy or known allergic reaction to any of the oils used in the study - Heart disease with a negative impact on skin blood flow - Active tumor diseases - congenital and acquired diseases of the immune system - Anemia (hemoglobin <10g/dl or hematocrit <35%) - Autoimmune diseases - Acute/chronic kidney failure with serum creatinine values ??above 176 mmol/l or kidney disease requiring dialysis - Liver cirrhosis, active liver infection/inflammation (hepatitis) - Alcohol or drug addiction - Severely underweight and cachectic patients (Body Mass Index <16) - Thyroid dysfunction affecting the basal metabolic rate - Diabetes mellitus - Pregnancy, lactation - Rejection of the study, lack of willingness to cooperate
