Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All surviving patients who required an ICU stay > 72 hours or being mechanically ventilated for >24 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age below 18 years, patient that cannot give informed consent; Pregnancy
