Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient must meet the so-called M2Q criterion (at least 2 quarters) coding for outpatient treatment must be done twice in different quarters, vaccination documentation available (patient management software or vaccination book), patients suffer from at least one of the following chronic somatic diseases: Asthma, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), breast cancer, coronary artery disease (CHD) or diabetes mellitus type 1 and 2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Inability to “informed consent”, cognitive impairment, ignorance of the German language

| Vaccination rate of chronically ill patients treated by general practitioners with or without diagnosed depression and/or anxiety disorders against seasonal influenza and/or Covid-19. The respective vaccination status is queried with the help of a paper-based questionnaire from the patient (patient reported outcome) and from the attending general practitioner before the start of the vaccination season against influenza/Covid-19 2022/2023. After the vaccination season against influenza/Covid-19 2022/2023 (from March 2023), the vaccination status will be queried a second and last time with the help of a paper-based questionnaire from the general practitioner. | — |
