Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must be currently studying at a university of applied sciences, university or technical university, university of education and be at least 18 years old.

MeasureTime frame
Secondary endpoint is psychological well-being, measured with the PHQ-ADS (depression and anxiety symptomatology) and physical well-being, measured with the PHQ-15. Measurements will be taken before the intervention (T1) and after the coaching is completed (T2). A follow-up one year later will also be optional. It will be observed if the general self-efficacy expectation (SWE) has an impact on the change in stress levels. The SWE will be assessed before the intervention (T1). In addition, subjectively perceived goal achievement, active coping for stress management, work alliance (WAI-SR), and technology acceptance (uMARS) will be observed and surveyed after coaching is completed. The survey is conducted within the app via LimeSurvey.

Primary endpoint is perceived stress (PSS-10). Measurement will take place before the intervention (T1) and after completion of the coaching (T2). A follow-up one year later will also be optional.
