Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary aim of the study is to identify markers by retrospective histo/molecular genetic analysis of mRNA, miRNA and proteins from purified ejaculate samples using proteins known from the literature. The analysis is carried out from diagnostic surplus material of ejaculate analyses performed in our department. Comparison of the occurrence between cohort A (normozoospermia) and B (restrictions in the spermiogram). No experimental therapy is performed and no additional measures are taken.
