Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - adults = 18 years of age - Diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (McDonald criteria) - MUSIC (Multiple Sclerosis Inventory of Cognition) screening for cognitive impairment = 16 points (at most mild cognitive dysfunction) - MMMT = 2+ (holding activity against gravity with a slight descent from the middle position) in the joints to be tested

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - pain in the area to be testet and adjacent body parts in the last tree month - relapse in the last tree month - limited passive range of motion in the joint to be tested - pregnant women or delivered <1 year

MeasureTime frame
The primary endpoint is the mMMT level. The ordinal levels (2+, 3-, 3, 3+, 4, 4+, 5) will be transformed to ranks (1-7) and the intra-class correlation coe?cient (ICC) of the ranked mMMT levels will be estimated. The ICC will be estimated using a two-way random-e?ects ANOVA model with both patients and raters as random e?ects, measuring the consistency between raters. That is, the raters are considered a random sample from a pool of available raters, and the systematic variability due to raters is considered irrelevant (not included in the denominator of the estimated ICC). Single ratings and not average ratings will be considered.
