Inclusion criteria: Personality disorder Cluster-C; German spoken and written

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current psychotherapy or unwillingness to pause ongoing psychotherapy for the duration of the study (from T1 to T4). If an ongoing psychotherapy is paused, this will take place in consultation with the treating psychiatrist or psychotherapist. Severe comorbid mental disorders such as schizophrenic disorders and bipolar affective disorders. Acute suicidality Addictions
