Inclusion criteria: Elective general anesthesia Printed statement of consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Risk of aspiration, Patients <18 years of age, history of cervical spine problems, Impossible rotation of the head by 45°

| Visualization of laryngoscopic view in direct laryngoscopy. Laryngoscopic view is described in Cormack-Lehane and POGO. Laryngoscopic view is documented twice. The first time as conventional laryngoscopy, the second time after the LeHeR-Maneuver has been performed. | — |

| Upon inclusion in the trial, patient-depended variables are being documented. These are: - Age - Sex - BMI - Patil-Distance - Mouth-Opening - Mallampati-Score - Head and neck movement (Vaughan) - Presence of front teeth in the upper jaw. Moreover, the work experience and the qualification of the investigator is being documented. Secondary endpoints are the correlation between patient-dependent variables and the influence of the LeHeR-Maneuver on the laryngoscopic view. | — |
