Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women with a singleton pregnancy; birth at the Charité Campi Mitte, Virchow Klinikum or DRK Westend; ability to contract, existence of a declaration of consent; for case patients: anamnestically reported and documented endometriosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women with severe maternal diseases; multiple pregnancies; abnormalities in the extended basic screening; uterine malformations. basic screening; uterine malformations; previous operations on the uterus with opening of the cavity; inability to give consent, lack of informed consent.

MeasureTime frame
(WHAT) The occurrence of prematurity, preeclampsia and pathological conditions of the placenta (placenta praevia, accreta, percreta, increta; insertio velamentosa, vasa praevia) during pregnancy is detected (WHEN) at the regular screening appointments and at the time of birth. (HOW) with the usual measurement procedure of the respective pathology (calculation of the date of birth by means of ultrasound diagnostics; urine diagnostics, blood count incl. sFlt/PlGF and blood pressure measurement in case of suspected preeclampsia or HELLP syndrome; ultrasound diagnostics with determination of the placental and umbilical cord location) and recorded in the Viewpoint documentation program. The examination and documentation is carried out by the attending physician present at the time of birth.
