Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with migraine (chronic or episodic) and epilepsy. - Age = 18

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Secondary headache (tumor-related, traumatic brain injury) - Age < 18 - Lack of ability to adequately describe the complaints - Lack of written consent or lack of ability to give consent

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary: Analysis of the number of intensity & headache days per month during the course of epilepsies. Duration of studies The study duration is 5 years. Patients will be interviewed prospectively by telephone/at the scheduled follow-up about headache days, headache intensity, medication and other complaints. A standardized questionnaire is used for this purpose. The individual interview takes about 15 minutes.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary: semiology of headache, course of headache with respect to established and newer anticonvulsant medications, seizure frequency, epilepsy syndrome.
