Patients with diagnoses from Chapter M of the ICD-10, which usually represent the main diagnosis, are treated in the Behavioral-oriented Orthopedic Rehabilitation department of the Berolina Clinic. In addition, comorbid diagnoses from chapter F of the ICD-10 occur in the patients and are considered in the study.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who arrive at the Berolina Klinik Löhne, department behavioral-oriented orthopedic rehabilitation (VOR) between CW34 and CW41 in 2022 and between CW11 and CW19 in 2023.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: German language skills not sufficient to answer questions in the interview/ to fill in the questionnaires

For checking purposes of potential confounders in data analysis particularities in the course of therapy are supposed to be recorded (group size, climatic conditions, unscheduled therapist exchanges).
