Online questionnaires (self-report, incl. collection of socio-demographic data) before participation (t0), after 4 weeks of participation (t1), after 12-weeks of participation (t2) on four selected mechanisms of change: attitudes toward professional help-seeking: ATSPPH-SF; sense of community support: 2-way SSS – subscale "giving emotional support" & MOS-SSS - subscale "emotional/informational support"; depression-literacy: DLS; depression stigma: DSS.
