Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Over 18 years old; ICD-10 diagnosis F32.0, F32.1, F33.0 or F33.1; health insurance: AOK Saxony-Anhalt and others

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Borderline personality disorder, acute psychotic disorder, antidepressants: no constant use/use for less than 4 weeks; current psychotherapeutic treatment, suicidal tendencies, drug/alcohol dependence/abuse.
