Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Module 1 Interviews: Presence of arterial hypertension, Module 1 questionnaires: presence of arterial hypertension and covered by the AOK Nordost. Module 2a: participation in a behavioral prevention course offered by AOK Nordost, Module 2b: Use of a hypertension app within the last two years, Module 3a: Current outpatient activity as a family doctor/family physician, Module 3b: Current activity as a specialist in cardiology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients should be able to speak German and understandable oral communication should not be an obstacle. There should be no severe impairment of mental and cognitive abilities.
